About the Role
As part of our continuous recruitment process, we are seeking on-site Construction Superintendents for projects in the Buffalo, NY region. This role is ideal for professionals with specific experience in Higher-Education, Healthcare, or Building Rehabilitation sectors.
In this position, you will serve as a critical link between the project team and the client. You will be responsible for developing and communicating project work plans, monitoring manpower and performance, and ensuring coordination between various project trades by comparing design drawings. Success in this role requires the ability to make rapid decisions under pressure, solve complex problems, and lead effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

- verifiedOSHA 30 certification
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation
- verifiedProficiency with MS Office and construction software
- verifiedKnowledge of architectural design, MEP systems, and construction codes
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Experience working on higher education projects (college/university preferred).
