We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Credit & Collections Specialist to support our accounts receivable and collections efforts onsite in Durham, NC. This is a contract role with a standard business hours schedule (40 hours/week), offering the potential to convert to a permanent position based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving invoice disputes and payment issues, both with internal teams and external customers. Your day-to-day will involve managing accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices, driving collections through reminders and outbound calls, and negotiating payment plans. You will also evaluate credit risk to support decision-making and prepare aging, collections, and credit risk reports for leadership.
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days of employment. Successful candidates will be evaluated on their ability to work independently in a target-driven environment and their adherence to internal policies.
