Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Level 2 Program Control Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Iuka, MS. This position is a vital link within our engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT), interfacing with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers to provide financial and administrative support.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you will contribute valuable experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), performance measurement baselines, financial forecasting, and reporting. Your work will directly support multiple contracts for control accounts, ensuring accurate financial representation of program execution. From establishing work breakdown structures to generating monthly forecasts and annual operating plans, you will help drive forecast accuracy and identify discrepancies to ensure proper management focus.
This is a role for a self-motivated individual who thrives on solving problems of moderate scope and complexity. You will guide and influence peers and internal customers, representing the group on special projects while working under general supervision to complete numerous assignments on schedule.

Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience with Business systems (SAP, Cobra) and using Cobra in a Government Earned Value Management rhythm. Financial forecasting experience on Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus type contracts. Experience with the AOP (annual operating plan) and LRSP (long range strategic plan) processes. Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR. Ability to identify issues and problems across multiple contracts and make recommendations to management for resolution of mitigation. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret within a reasonable period of time.
