Join our Global Commercial & Investment Banking (GCIB) Energy group as a Credit Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting a client's creditworthiness, evaluating credit risks, and writing credit approval memos for annual renewals and new lending opportunities. You will partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of new transactions.
Your day-to-day involves analyzing qualitative and quantitative data—including client financials, projections, industry data, covenant compliance, and collateral appraisals—to ensure alignment with the bank's risk appetite. You will build projection models, develop financial statement forecasts, and review legal documentation related to loans and derivatives. This position may be filled as a Credit Analyst I or II, depending on your experience level.
