About the Role
As a Credentialing Support Specialist, you will provide essential clerical support to the EHMG Medical Staff Services (MSS) team. This role is vital to ensuring the integrity of our provider network, assisting with credentialing, re-credentialing, provider maintenance, and payer enrollment. You will work collaboratively to determine provider eligibility, analyze applications for completeness, and verify expiring documents for compliance. Your work ensures that provider numbers are correctly established and linked, while maintaining accurate CAQH profiles and managing correspondence with insurance companies, patients, and physicians.
