About the Role
We are seeking experienced Crane Service Technicians to join our team in the Elko, NV area. This position is designed for technicians with strong mechanical and electrical skills who are ready to perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists, including systems with advanced auxiliary components.
AEH hires and develops technicians across multiple experience levels, from Level 2 through Master. Advancement within the organization is based on demonstrated skills, experience, performance, and certifications. While technicians at all levels perform field service, repairs, and inspections on overhead cranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment, this specific opening targets those with the advanced capabilities required for complex troubleshooting and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedTechnical training or certifications preferred
- verifiedExperience in crane service or industrial maintenance
- verifiedAdvanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- verifiedAbility to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience (for Level 4)
- verifiedAssociate's degree or equivalent vocational training (preferred for Level 4)
