HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Craft Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition for our self-perform construction business, established through the acquisition of Brycon LLC. This role is based in our Phoenix, AZ office and supports recruiting efforts across key self-perform markets and project locations throughout the Southwest and beyond, reporting to the Senior Manager of Recruiting at our headquarters outside Washington, DC.
Brycon Self-Perform specializes in delivering complex construction services across advanced manufacturing, industrial, mission-critical, and high-tech environments. With deep expertise in cleanroom construction, process piping, equipment installation, and automated material handling systems, we support some of the most sophisticated and precision-driven project environments in the industry. As the business grows across markets including Phoenix, Albuquerque, Reno, and Taylor, building a scalable and high-performing skilled trades recruiting function will be critical to supporting operational growth.
In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for craft and skilled trades recruiting. You will lead efforts to attract and hire highly skilled craft professionals across multiple regions, navigating fast-moving hiring needs and changing workforce demands while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and long-term team fit. As Brycon integrates with HITT's broader people and operations, you will help evolve recruiting processes, workforce practices, and operating models to support active growth and integration.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to work onsite four days per week, with travel to project sites and regional markets as business needs require. The interview process will assess your direct experience in industrial and self-perform construction recruiting, your ability to build scalable workforce practices, and your fit within our collaborative, people-first culture.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience helping build, standardize, or scale workforce processes within growing, evolving, or integrated organizations. Experience partnering with staffing agencies, labor vendors, or workforce partners within craft or field-based environments. Experience working across multiple recruiting systems or HR platforms, with Workday and/or UKG experience strongly valued.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
