About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CPRU Nurse to deliver high-quality, family-centered care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. This position is vital for ensuring the safety and well-being of our youngest patients while supporting the broader mission of optimizing pediatric critical care.
In this role, you will be the frontline responder for complex cardiac and respiratory cases. Your day will involve performing rapid assessments, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms, and administering medications and IV therapies. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied staff to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a key educator for patients and families, explaining diagnoses and care plans while ensuring accurate EHR documentation. By leveraging Trusted Health's digital tools, you will help drive efficiency and safety within our clinical workflows.
