About the Role

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. As a Courtesy Clerk or Grocery Bagger, you will be the first and last point of contact for many shoppers, ensuring they feel welcome, important, and appreciated. You will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others while working cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Your day will involve bagging groceries with care to prevent damage, assisting customers with loading their vehicles, and maintaining a pristine store environment by cleaning spills, collecting trash, and organizing merchandise. You will also serve as a helpful resource by answering product questions, informing customers of specials, and reinforcing safety programs. This role is ideal for those who are caring, purpose-driven, and hungry to learn.
