About the Role
We're hiring immediately for a Shuttle Driver position at our airport locations. If you enjoy driving and helping people feel welcome and cared for as they travel, this role is for you. As a safety-minded, friendly team member, you will take pride in providing a smooth, professional experience.
In this role, you'll be one of the first and last impressions our customers have, playing an important part in creating a positive, stress-free travel experience. You will transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility. This includes greeting customers, assisting with loading and unloading luggage, communicating route information and next steps in the rental process, and ensuring each ride is comfortable and welcoming. You'll follow all safety procedures and driving standards while providing friendly, attentive customer service throughout the journey.
