Campbell County Health (CCH) is more than just a hospital; we are a comprehensive healthcare system serving northeast Wyoming. Our organization includes Campbell County Memorial Hospital, a 90-bed acute care community hospital in Gillette; Campbell County Medical Group, featuring nearly 20 specialty and primary care clinics across locations in Wright and Hulett; and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility.
As a Counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LAT), you will provide clinical assessment, problem identification, crisis interventions, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups. You will develop and monitor treatment plans, document significant interactions, and maintain clinical charts and reporting data in compliance with department policies and state standards.
This role requires active engagement in the department, including participation in strategic planning and contributing to a positive workplace environment. You will collaborate with courts, law enforcement, physicians, hospital staff, the Department of Family Services, Probation Offices, the Campbell County School District, and other community agencies. Additionally, you will participate in on-call crisis rotations after hours and assist with walk-in crises during business hours.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Addiction Studies and be licensed or license-eligible in the State of Wyoming as an LCSW, LPC, or LAT. If not fully licensed at the time of hire, candidates must obtain full or provisional licensure within sixty days. Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required. Please ensure you hold a valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification and adhere to all ethical codes and scope of practice standards for your discipline.
