Key Responsibilities
- check_circleComplete administrative procedures for admission and assist in treatment plan development
- check_circleProvide individual, group, and family counseling services in a professional manner
- check_circleProvide backup coverage for clinical staff absences and complete timely documentation
- check_circleDevelop relationships with referents and collateral contacts such as courts and managed care
- check_circleConduct toxicology testing as needed for clients
- check_circleCoordinate care with managed care organizations for identified clients
- check_circleSupport agency quality improvement programs and address program issues
- check_circleExercise due diligence in delivering quality care in line with Medicaid compliance
- check_circleConduct client assessments, intakes, and level of care determinations
- check_circleParticipate in staff meetings, case conferences, and unit meetings
- check_circleManage assigned caseloads with attention to appropriate clinical interventions
- check_circleFacilitate admission or referral to other programs for clients needing additional services
Requirements
- verifiedCurrently pursuing a degree in human services, behavioral health social work, mental health, or related field
