We are partnering with leading AI labs on a strategic initiative to build realistic enterprise environments where advanced AI agents are trained and evaluated. This project aims to recreate real-world digital workspaces and design complex tasks that reflect actual R&D workflows, ensuring next-generation AI systems operate effectively in regulated research settings.
We are seeking experienced pharmaceutical research professionals to leverage their expertise in drug discovery, preclinical/translational research, clinical development, or regulatory/CMC. In this role, you will simulate high-fidelity pharma environments, building digital workspaces that mirror day-to-day R&D operations. You will design multi-step, workflow-driven tasks that require navigating multiple tools, datasets, and stakeholders, incorporating industry-standard platforms such as clinical trial systems and electronic lab notebooks.
Your work will directly contribute to shaping how AI systems understand and execute complex scientific processes. You will collaborate with peer experts to validate the realism, rigor, and relevance of scenarios, while working asynchronously with research teams to refine task structures and evaluation frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to bridge deep domain knowledge with AI development, helping to benchmark and improve systems used in pharmaceutical research.
This is an independent contractor engagement operating in a fully remote, asynchronous environment with flexible scheduling. The initial compensation is based on an hourly rate, with a potential transition to performance-based compensation aligned with the quality and throughput of contributions. Projects may be extended, modified, or concluded based on performance and research needs.
As a contractor, you must ensure that your work does not involve sharing confidential or proprietary information from any current or past employer or institution. Please note that this opportunity does not currently support certain work authorization categories.
All qualified applicants will be considered without regard to legally protected characteristics. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
