About the Role

Join a high-caliber Legal & Compliance team building and scaling a global AI enterprise program at a leading asset manager. This is a strategic role focused on designing and operationalizing AI policies and governance frameworks to enable responsible innovation across investment, client-facing, HR, and operational AI use cases at a highly regulated asset manager. The work is global by design and requires seamless coordination with Europe, Canada, and Asia stakeholders. You will help create policies, guardrails, tools, and scalable systems to handle large volumes that empower teams to experiment, deploy, and manage AI responsibly at enterprise scale.
