About the Role

We are seeking a Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support cost management services on large-scale data center construction projects. This role ensures client objectives are achieved through the delivery of a disciplined, value-driven cost management service, with a strong emphasis on heavy civil and site development works.

You will operate in a client-facing role within complex construction environments, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting senior team members in project delivery. This position is remote, with occasional travel to project sites as required. Candidates must be physically based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.; remote work is permitted only within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleSupport client procurement strategies including vendor prequalification and bid evaluation
  • check_circleDevelop and maintain cost plans aligned with heavy civil and site development scopes

  • check_circleSupport value engineering exercises and risk assessments for cost and constructability impacts
  • check_circleMaintain project budgets, spend forecasts, and commercial risk registers
  • check_circleParticipate in periodic cost review meetings with project teams and stakeholders
  • check_circleSupport cost control processes including review of payment applications and entitlement assessments
  • check_circleTrack and analyze change orders to support client recommendations
  • check_circleAssist in dispute avoidance and resolution efforts related to payments and change management

Requirements
