In this role, you will provide professional on-site facility and project management services to a federal client. You will work across a variety of small to large-scale construction projects, which may include space upgrades or the modification and reconfiguration of spaces to meet specific mission needs.
As a member of our team, you will effectively manage an assigned portfolio of projects while addressing challenges related to construction cost management, fund tracking, and budgeting. Your work will involve financial and economic analysis, report production, and the administration of programs and databases.

Requirements
- verified2 years' experience in commercial/government facility construction project management
- verifiedFinancial analysis using Excel spreadsheets
- verifiedExperience with cost controls and financial cost tracking
- verifiedExperience with database software and report production
- verifiedExperience developing and evaluating economic analysis
- verifiedExperience developing and evaluating construction project cost estimates and tracking funds
- verifiedSharePoint Database management and design
- verifiedAbility to pass a DHS suitability background investigation
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or construction management from an accredited university
Nice to Have
CPA, PMP, and federal government accounting experience. Experience managing complex new construction or major renovation commercial/government building projects with experience managing simultaneous construction and/or building projects. Ability to work independently, in groups, and in a stressful environment. An accounting, business, finance, or construction management bachelor's degree from an accredited University recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
