About the Transfer Pricing Internship

This internship program provides exposure to the challenging aspects of price determination in relation to related-party transactions. Interns are encouraged to think and act like entrepreneurs, taking ownership of projects and completing assigned tasks with autonomy. You will gain substantial personal learning and career development opportunities through real-world job assignments, strong coaching and mentorship, and networking with senior leaders across the enterprise.

Under the mentorship of skilled tax professionals, you will help global affiliates prepare transfer pricing documentation. Using principles of finance and economics, you will write reports used for tax compliance, supporting operational changes, and dispute resolution. You will also have the opportunity to assist in core tax compliance functions. This program offers marketable experiences and skills while introducing you to ITW's unique way of doing business.
