The Firmwide Events team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. is responsible for delivering best-in-class events and conferences for a range of clients, both inside and outside the firm. Working in close partnership with colleagues across all lines of business, the team manages the entire event planning process from conception through completion.

As an Events Digital Strategist within the Firmwide Events Team, you will partner with the Firmwide Events, Marketing, and Technology teams to support the continued implementation of an end-to-end events management platform. You will champion the team's requirements for the platform while becoming a subject matter expert on the events management application to provide change management, team training, and ongoing support.
This role requires interaction with colleagues globally across the Firmwide Events Team, Businesses, Marketing, Technology, and Senior Management. You will serve as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring the platform evolves to meet the dynamic requirements of the organization.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Firmwide Events Senior Digital Strategist. Candidates should be prepared for a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and the need for flexibility as business priorities shift.
