As a Copywriter, you will bring the brand to life by telling stories that drive action and making every word count. You will create clear, compelling, and strategic content that connects with guests and drives business results. This role is equal parts creativity and execution; you will take ideas and turn them into meaningful messaging across every channel, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and speed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will partner across Marketing, Advertising, and internal teams to develop messaging that is on-brand, on-strategy, and built for impact. From digital and social media to print, radio, and video, you will own the quality of your work, delivering persuasive writing that aligns with brand standards and campaign strategy. Success in this position requires the ability to balance creativity with structure, deadlines, and business needs while collaborating effectively with the Creative Director and leadership to shape campaign direction.
This is a hybrid role that includes regular collaboration and travel between the Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley properties. The environment demands strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities.
