The Copy Supervisor is a senior-level creative position designed to provide direct support to the Creative Director. This role is pivotal in bridging creative vision with operational execution, focusing on creative presentation, client relations, cross-department idea generation, content stewardship, and team creative oversight.\n In this capacity, you will act as a key facilitator of collaboration across departments and a solution generator. You will supervise all promotional copy, tactics, and campaigns across brands, ensuring consistency with work, brand guidelines, and strategy. As a key client contact, you will establish credibility through advanced thinking and clear communication, while also advising the Creative Director on the status of departmental and brand affairs. The role requires superior conceptual skills, a deep knowledge of pharmaceutical requirements and terminology, and exceptional copywriting and management abilities.
Candidates are expected to present a strong portfolio demonstrating superior conceptual and copywriting ability. The selection process will evaluate your ability to prioritize workflow, handle stressful situations, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
BGB Group is headquartered in New York City. This position may be performed remotely within the United States. The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for the New York City metropolitan area; for candidates located outside this area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee's primary work location. Final compensation is determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
