About the Role
As an Employee Communications Coordinator, you will be the operational engine behind our internal messaging strategy. This position is designed for someone who thrives on execution and organization, ensuring that employee information flows seamlessly from leadership to the front lines. Your day will involve managing the daily pre-shift communications template, updating digital screens in back-of-house areas, and maintaining the employee intranet to guarantee accuracy and relevance.
You will serve as a central point of contact for internal partners, coordinating timelines for printed materials, scheduling photo shoots, and supporting employee storytelling initiatives. Beyond content management, you will provide executional support for employee events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines while communicating clearly and professionally with team members and leaders at all levels.
