As a Cook at Santè, you will play a vital role in our patient care ecosystem. You are responsible for preparing food that is not only safe and compliant with federal, state, and local standards but also palatable and appetizing. Your work directly contributes to the therapeutic well-being of our residents by preparing meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes, and specific therapeutic diet orders.
You will serve food with precision, adhering to established portion control procedures to ensure every resident receives the nutrition they need. This role is more than just meal preparation; it is about delivering exceptional customer experiences and prioritizing people in a collaborative, supportive environment.
