About the Role

Burger King is seeking a Cook I (Food & Beverage) team member to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, preparing food items and ensuring that food quality and safety standards are consistently meet our high standards. You will play a key part in delivering the delicious meals our customers expect, working alongside a dedicated team to keep our kitchen running smoothly.

Day in the Life

As a Cook I, your day involves preparing menu items such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and breakfast items. breakfast items according to company recipes and procedures. You will operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment to fryers, and other kitchen equipment to assemble food orders efficiently. You will also be responsible for restocking kitchen inventory, cleaning kitchen stations, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

During busy periods, you will work efficiently to prepare food quickly and accurately, monitoring food quality and communicate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time. You will assist with deliveries and follow company food safety and sanitation procedures to sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
