As a Culinary Team Member at our Rapid City facility, you will play a vital role in preparing, assembling, and cooking nutritious meals for residents, staff, and visitors. Your work ensures that every meal meets strict quality standards regarding appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation.
You will thrive in a dynamic culinary environment, following standardized recipes and Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to prepare and store food safely. This role requires operating a variety of kitchen equipment, from mixers and ovens to dishwashers, while maintaining rigorous cleanliness in cooking and serving areas. You will document HACCP steps and temperatures to assure the safest food possible, working closely with internal customers to deliver the highest quality dining experience.
An accepted offer is contingent upon passing a drug screen and pre-employment background screening. Depending on the location, you may be required to obtain Serv Safe certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) within a designated timeframe. On-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed.
