As a Culinary Team Member at our Rapid City facility, you will play a vital role in nourishing our residents, staff, and visitors. Your day will involve preparing, assembling, and cooking baked goods and meals that adhere to strict menu and dietary guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring food quality standards regarding appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation are met at every step.
This role requires a dynamic approach to a changing culinary environment. You will follow standardized recipes and Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to prepare, store, and use food products safely. A significant part of your day will involve operating a variety of kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, grills, and dishwashers, while maintaining rigorous labeling and storage protocols. You will work closely with internal customers, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in this collaborative setting.
