As a Culinary Team Member at our GSS SD Rapid City St Martin facility, you will play a vital role in nourishing our residents, patients, staff, and visitors. You will prepare, assemble, cook, season, and portion food while strictly adhering to menu guidelines and specific dietary requirements.
Your day will involve maintaining the highest standards of food quality, appearance, taste, and temperature. You will ensure sanitation and cleanliness in all cooking and serving areas, manage proper labeling and storage of food and equipment, and operate a variety of culinary machinery including mixers, ovens, grills, and dishwashers.
