About the Role
Burger King is seeking a Cook I (Food & Beverage) team member to join our team to prepare food items, maintain kitchen operations, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met. Cooks are responsible for preparing menu items such as burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and breakfast items according to company recipes and procedures.
Day in the Life
Employees operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment, assemble food orders, restock kitchen inventory, clean kitchen stations, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. This position requires. Cooks are responsible for preparing food quickly and accurately, monitoring food quality, maintaining proper food temperatures, stocking kitchen ingredients, cleaning kitchen equipment and workstations, assisting with deliveries, and following company food safety and sanitation procedures. Employees must work efficiently during busy periods and communicate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time.
