This role is part of the Magna Seating group, where you will play a key part in the design, development, and installation of new PLC-based control systems. You will provide critical production support by troubleshooting and resolving machine PLC-related issues, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. The position involves producing and updating essential documentation, including work instructions, functional specifications, detailed design specifications, and electrical and pneumatic schematics. You will also conduct machine functionality and fault recovery testing, participating actively in project startup and machine commissioning. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, Production Supervisors, and other internal staff to drive quality and innovation.
