About the Role

As a Process Control Engineer, you will apply process control principles to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. This role is vital for maintaining control system functionality, managing alarms, and troubleshooting complex problems. You will work in an environment where continuous learning is encouraged, and your contributions are valued.   • check_circleMaintain control system functionality and manage alarm systems
  • check_circleDevelop systems for the maintenance and optimization of plant controls
  • check_circleRecommend improvements to control loops and alarm systems

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in related field OR high school diploma with 10 years experience in process controls and electrical systems
  • verifiedMinimum 3 years experience in Process Control Engineering
  • verifiedProficiency in HMI, SIS, and PLC programming and maintenance
  • verifiedExperience with Siemens Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, or Allen Bradley ControlLogix
  • verifiedFamiliarity with VFDs (Allen Bradley PowerFlex, Siemens G120, Schneider Altivar)
  • verifiedExperience with Smart Motor Control Centers (Siemens SIMOCODE, Allen Bradley Intelli CENTER)
  • verifiedKnowledge of process control communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus)
  • verifiedSkilled in instrumentation troubleshooting and calibration
  • verifiedFamiliarity with NFPA 70 and National Electric Code

Previous experience in electrical engineering or E&I occupations.
