About the Role

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing solutions and outcomes at the time of service. You will conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of complex systems, including detailed troubleshooting. With a high level of technical competence, you will mentor control, service, and mechanical technicians on building automation activities. Your work ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site interface, solving building inefficiencies, and resolving service-related items. You will act as a key liaison between the customer and the branch, ensuring ethical and professional coordination of activities while maintaining safety leadership.

Requirements
