As the Controller, you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. This is not just a reporting role; it is a visible leadership position where your expertise directly influences decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.
You will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and the leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight. In this high-impact role, you will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. You will have the opportunity to influence operations rather than just report on them, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial leaders.
