As the Controller, you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. This is not just a reporting role; it is a visible leadership position where your expertise directly influences decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.
You will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and the leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. In this high-impact role, you will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. You will have the opportunity to influence operations, not just report on them, by aligning financial planning with operational strategy and helping integrate people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiatives.
