About the Role

This is a high-impact, visible leadership position where you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. You will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and the leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. This role goes beyond traditional reporting; your expertise will directly influence decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.

As the Controller, you will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance and support smart decision-making. You will align financial planning with operational strategy, mentor a high-performing finance team, and integrate people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiatives.
