Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is a 100+ year aerospace manufacturing leader producing precision aluminum and magnesium components used across commercial, regional, corporate, and military aircraft platforms worldwide. Our teams support critical flight systems, and our finance leaders help ensure the business performs at the same high level as the products we build. As an industry-leading manufacturer, we supply the commercial aerospace, military, and industrial markets with highly engineered components and sub-assemblies, offering a "total solution" source from concept to finished product.
This is a high-impact, visible leadership position where you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. As the Controller, you will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and the leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. This role goes beyond traditional reporting; your expertise will directly influence decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.
You will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. In this day-to-day capacity, you will align financial planning with operational strategy, develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, and integrate people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiatives. You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, lead variance analysis, and present insights that drive action. The role requires a finance leader who combines technical accounting strength with operational curiosity and strategic influence, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial leaders.
