About the Role

We are seeking a Controller to serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. This is not just a reporting role; it is a visible leadership position where your expertise influences decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.

In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. You will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. Requirements
