Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is a 100+ year aerospace manufacturing leader producing precision aluminum and magnesium components used across commercial, regional, corporate, and military aircraft platforms worldwide. Our teams support critical flight systems, and our finance leaders help ensure the business performs at the same high level as the products we build. We provide a "total solution" source, taking customers from concept to finished product with one of the broadest and most diverse product offerings in the industry.
This is a high-impact, visible leadership position where you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. You will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. This isn't just a reporting role; your expertise will influence decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.
In this role, you will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. You will have the opportunity to influence operations rather than just report on them, helping to integrate people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiatives. If you are looking for a strategic finance role where you can shape financial strategy and lead a high-impact finance team, this opportunity offers the visibility and growth you have been looking for.
