This is a high-impact, visible leadership position where you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. You will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and the leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. This role goes beyond traditional reporting; your expertise will directly influence decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.
You will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. The ideal candidate combines technical accounting strength with operational curiosity and strategic influence, acting as a true partner to non-financial leaders across operations.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent and consistent basis without company sponsorship.
