About the Role
This is a high-impact, visible leadership position where you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. As the Controller, you will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and the leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. This role goes beyond traditional reporting; your expertise will directly influence decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.
You will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. The ideal candidate combines technical accounting strength with operational curiosity and strategic influence, acting as a true strategic partner rather than just a support function.

- check_circleMentor a high-performing finance team and strengthen digital financial capabilities
- check_circlePrepare and present monthly Business Unit Reviews and operational dashboards
- check_circleDevelop annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and manage CapEx planning processes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
