About the Role

This is a high-impact, visible leadership position where you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. As Controller, you will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and the leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business. This isn't just a reporting role; your expertise will influence decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment.

You will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. In this day-to-day capacity, you will align financial planning with operational strategy, mentor a high-performing finance team, and integrate people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiatives. You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, lead variance analysis, and present the monthly Business Unit Review (BUR) to drive action. Your role involves challenging cost assumptions to improve product-level margin visibility and leveraging ERP enhancements and BI tools to deliver actionable insights.
