About the Role

As the Controller, you will serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. This is a visible leadership position where your expertise directly influences decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth in a global aerospace environment. You will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business.

This isn't just a reporting role; it is an opportunity to influence operations rather than simply report on them. You will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. Your day will involve aligning financial planning with operational strategy, mentoring a high-performing finance team, and integrating people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiatives.
