We are seeking a Controller to serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. This is a visible leadership position where your expertise directly influences decisions that shape production performance, capital investments, and long-term growth. You will partner directly with the Site VP/GM and leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business.
This role goes beyond traditional reporting; it is a strategic opportunity to influence operations. You will lead the site's financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making. You will have the chance to develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, integrate people, processes, systems, and analytics, and champion a culture where finance acts as a strategic partner rather than just a support function.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent and consistent basis without company sponsorship.
