About the Role
This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity for a seasoned accounting leader to join us during a pivotal growth phase. As the Controller, you will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Finance and cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Billing, and Operations. Your primary mission is to strengthen balance sheet integrity, lead cost accounting initiatives, and refine inventory and Work-in-Progress (WIP) controls across our multi-location environment.
You will step into a dynamic role where you can directly impact operational and financial controls. This position offers the unique chance to standardize costing and inventory processes in a complex manufacturing setting, moving toward standard costing and improving margin visibility. You will interpret data from multiple systems, including legacy ERPs and SQL outputs, and eventually lead a team of Senior Accountants focused on balance sheet and inventory functions.

Requirements
