The Role

As the Controller, you will lead the accounting function with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the maintenance of strict internal controls. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards while directing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Beyond traditional accounting duties, this position requires deep involvement in strategic initiatives, including capital investment analysis, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations. You will also support complex project accounting activities, specifically managing percentage of completion revenue recognition, and analyze cost structures to optimize operational performance.
