About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Controller to join our management team within the Healthcare industry. This position is critical to our organization, serving as a strategic partner responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management. The role encompasses corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and the development of robust internal control policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare finance, demonstrating a proven track record of strategic financial analysis and leadership. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial operations while driving efficiency through ERP implementation and treasury management.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reporting
- check_circlePrepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and regulatory reports
- check_circleResearch technical accounting issues to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- check_circleDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
- check_circleManage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and management
- check_circleSupport month-end and year-end close processes while ensuring quality control over financial transactions
- check_circleOversee ERP implementation and ensure efficient system utilization
- check_circleOversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition
Requirements
- verified5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- verifiedAdvanced degree in Accounting or Finance
- verifiedCPA or CMA preferred
- verifiedProven working experience as a Financial Controller
- verifiedStrong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
