Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and manage all accounting operations including general ledger and month-end close
- check_circleOversee preparation of internal and external financial statements and support annual audits
- check_circleEstablish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
- check_circleManage and develop accounting staff to foster a high-performing team environment
- check_circlePartner with leadership on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- check_circleProvide guidance on financial risks, compliance, and operational improvements
- check_circleCoordinate audit activities and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
- verifiedCPA required
- verified15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- verifiedStrong experience with consolidations and multi-entity environments
- verifiedDeep knowledge of GAAP, audit, and financial reporting
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Accounting. Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle. Advanced Excel skills. Background in complex or multi-entity organizations.
