About the Role
As the Controller for our aerospace & defense operations, you will lead Finance, Accounting, and Administration. This role exists to drive performance across our programs by overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. You will partner closely with operations and program leaders to optimize ERP-based processes, manage audits, and ensure strict GAAP and regulatory compliance.
In this position, you will not only manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles but also coach and develop a high-performing finance team. Your work will directly influence cost control, margin improvement, and the strategic presentation of financial performance to senior leadership.

Requirements
