Contracts Manager

About the Role

This position serves as a Contracts Manager within a remote team, focusing on the end-to-end management of complex contractual agreements. The role is critical for ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and consent letters to novation and in-depth review. You will act as a central point of contact for customers, managing progress tracking and coordinating with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to provide a comprehensive contractual overview.

The day-to-day responsibilities involve utilizing digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and e-discovery platforms to handle contract redaction, data collection, and aggregation. You will also support data room management and collaborate closely with the team to maintain high standards of documentation and analysis. This is a 9+ month engagement designed for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, remote environment.
