About the Role

The Athletic Consultant serves as a critical support pillar for the Playbook App, bridging the gap between our technology and the athletic community. This role is designed to assist clients with onboarding, training, and ongoing application support while delivering exceptional customer service to athletes, families, and club staff.

In this position, you will contribute to marketing and user feedback efforts to drive the growth and effective adoption of the Playbook App. You will act as a primary point of contact for club directors and recruiting coordinators, guiding them through setup and ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform with their athletes. Your day-to-day will involve supporting users with navigation and technical questions, documenting feedback to improve the user experience, and assisting with outreach campaigns, demos, and webinars.

This role may be filled remotely or in any of our office locations.
