About the Role
As a Contracted Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily living tasks, promoting their independence within home or facility settings. This position is designed for individuals who wish to collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
In this role, you will provide direct support including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship. You will work closely with patients and their families to offer emotional support while adhering to individualized care plans. Hiring Process
