About the Role

We are in need of a Superintendent to lead and oversee large-scale commercial construction projects exceeding $20M. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to drive project success and contribute to our company's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in complex project management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

In this role, you will serve as the central figure on-site, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will direct and supervise workers and subcontractors while coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients. Your day will involve conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and resolving any work problems or disputes to ensure smooth project operations.
